The heating module system in the mold cavity hot runner mold is a new type of structure that heats the flow channels and channels of traditional molds or three-piece molds, without the need to remove the flow channels and channels during each forming process. A typical hot runner system consists of the following components: main splitter plate, nozzle (NOZZLE), temperature controller, and auxiliary components.
The following also summarizes some precautions for installing hot runners:
1. Organize the mold, put down the upper mold, and clean all holes and templates.
2. Check the size and depth of each hole. Remove burrs from the template. At the same time, check whether the screw holes, center nails, and anti rotation pin holes of the ram have been processed.
3. Scan red lead at the hot nozzle sealing position and the upper step position to match the mold.
4. Test the hot head, then remove it and check if the 1st level sealant is in contact with the red lead, and if the 2nd level step is in contact with the mold. If not, please stop the installation and check for incorrect adjustments. Ensure tight fit and no leakage. Be careful not to get hurt during this process.
5. Install all hot nozzles while installing center pads, center pins, and anti transfer pins. Sweep red lead onto its surface.
6. Check the mouth position and center pad height, and control the error within 0.05mm.
7. Install the partition. Pay attention to the formal installation of the partition and avoid missing the hot nozzle sealing ring.
8. Check the fit between the splitter plate and the hot nozzle to ensure that all splitter plates and hot nozzles are in contact with red lead and there is no leakage of adhesive.
9. Arrange the wiring of the heat pipe nozzle to make it neat and aesthetically pleasing, and number each group of wires in sequence. Connect the line to the socket.
10. Place the separator plate into the assembly, lock the fixing screws of the splitter plate (pay attention to locking and balancing, so that the four corners of the splitter plate are consistent), and control the meson of the splitter plate to be higher than the surrounding area. The mold base plane is 0.10-0.15mm, and then the red lead is scanned onto the splitter plate meson.
11. Test the code template, check if the plane contacts the meson red line, and ensure that the template presses down on the splitter board meson.
12. Lock the mold, erect the mold, and check whether the matching between the gate and the end meets the requirements from the parting surface. It should be 0.1-0.2 millimeters lower than the surface of the main channel and should not tilt the center. Carefully check each circuit with a multimeter to ensure that there are no short circuits, open circuits, leakage or other phenomena in each circuit, and that each circuit corresponds correctly to ensure that each circuit is normal. Connect a thermostat for heating testing. Heating should be done within a 100 degree range for 10 minutes to preheat and dehumidify, protecting the heater. Then we heat it to the required temperature, and if you can arrange for the lifting mold to be tested normally.
