Based on the development trend of plastic products in China and the need for product structure adjustment, as well as the actual situation of China's plastic machine industry, it is suggested that the following five aspects of technology should be focused on in the future.
1、 Polymer material stretching, compounding, and foaming technology equipment - stretching, compounding, and foaming are extremely important specialized technologies in molding, involving raw material formulas, molding processes, plastic machinery, and plastic molds. In recent years, China has made significant progress in some fields, such as PUR reactive injection, which is close to the level of Germany; Foam pipes, foam plastic nets, and foam films have reached practical levels. According to the market demand of foreign development, it is necessary to focus on the research of biaxial stretching film forming technology and equipment, so as to achieve the level of practical technology and commercialization of equipment.
2、 Flat extrusion molding process and equipment - The molding technology marked by the "T" (or hanger type) head has developed rapidly abroad in recent years, becoming increasingly mature and perfect. Its importance and proportion in plastic processing are rapidly increasing. China is currently in the initial stage of developing such technologies and equipment, with most of the equipment being blank. In recent years, some research and production units in China have developed production lines for PVC foam sheets (such as the plug card method and the free foam method), which have poor processability and have a significant gap compared to foreign equipment. To master this type of technology, the key is to solve the equipment manufacturing of the machine head, cooling, and calendering devices, including research on temperature and object rheology. On the basis of developing single-layer sheet production technology and equipment, develop co extrusion sheet production technology and equipment.
3、 The principle and application of electromagnetic dynamics - The electromagnetic dynamic extruder is the world's first and has been successfully applied to certain products within a certain range (such as for the production of small and medium-sized blown film). This extruder is energy-saving and material saving, with economic and social benefits that cannot be compared to other technologies. However, the current scope of use is not wide. In addition to solving the corresponding molding devices, there is still a need to solve the thermal balance under high-speed and efficient electromagnetic dynamic extrusion theory, improve the plasticizing ability and quality of high molecular weight materials, and other issues.
4、 Online detection and automatic control technology - In developed countries of the plastic industry, digital, intelligent control, and proportional or servo system technologies for injection molding materials have matured and are rapidly updating and upgrading; The extrusion molding equipment achieves full line online control and establishes a feedback system with online detection devices. Domestic plastic molding equipment is basically controlled by a single machine, with less online control. Considering the high investment and cost, thickness measuring devices and corresponding control technologies are rarely applied.
5、 The establishment and application of computer CAD/CAPP/CAM systems have been widely applied abroad, and there are also basic conditions in China, which should be actively promoted and popularized.
